Leveraging AI & Automation responsibly for impact and experience

As AI – especially agentic AI systems – becomes embedded in the core of HR (recruiting, performance, learning, workforce planning), the challenge is no longer whether to adopt it, but how to adopt it responsibly. HR leaders are expected to identify productivity levers, ensure fairness, transparency, bias mitigation, explainability and compliance, while also keeping the human experience at the heart of the workplace.

This panel will explore not only the ethical and cultural dimensions but also the operational and organisational implications of deploying AI at scale. From governance frameworks and AI literacy inside HR teams to restructuring workflows around agentic AI capabilities, panellists will examine how companies can both harness automation and preserve trust.
