Josh is an analyst and thought leader specializing in the global talent market and the challenges and trends affecting business workforces around the world. He founded Bersin & Associates in 2001 to provide associated research and advisory services—a business he later sold to Deloitte when it became known as Bersin by Deloitte. In 2019, he launched The Josh Bersin Academy, the world's first global development academy for HR and talent professionals, and he is currently the CEO of its sister research advisory firm, The Josh Bersin Company.

Kris Dunn is Marriott International’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the US and Canada, responsible for providing the people platform for 130,000 associates (across 30+ portfolio brands) at the world’s leading travel/hospitality firm. Prior to his move back to HR, Kris served as Marriott’s SVP of Global Talent Acquisition, defining and continually evolving Marriott’s global recruitment strategy and delivery for the organization across 200,000 hires annually, including TA Strategies & Solutions, TA Operations, University Relations & Recruiting, Recruiting Services/RPO, FLEX Talent Solutions, TA Technology, Executive Recruitment and Employer Brand.

Francisca Martinez is Chief Human Resources Officer & Technology for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Marriott International. She is a strategic partner to the EMEA President and Executive Leadership Team, with responsibility for Human Resources, Strategy & Planning, and Information Technology across the region. Her role focuses on aligning people, strategy, and technology to support growth, transformation, and long‑term business performance.
Francisca joined Marriott in 2000 and has held a range of senior leadership roles across the company, including Vice President of Talent Management at The Ritz‑Carlton and Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand at Marriott International headquarters in the United States. She has played a pivotal role in major enterprise initiatives, including the successful integration of Starwood Hotels into the Marriott portfolio and the development of innovative global talent and technology‑enabled solutions.
