How HR Tech Europe determines which rate/pass type you qualify for?

Show management regularly reviews registration lists and will reclassify registrations as needed to protect the investment of our exhibitors. If it is determined that your registration type should be re-classified, you will be charged the rate difference. You can choose from two pass categories: HR Leader or Non-Exhibiting Supplier.

When will my credit card be charged the registration fee?

Credit card payments are processed upon receipt and the charge will show on your statement as coming from the Arc network LLC. ANY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CHANGES will result in the assessment of an administrative fee.

Are there any special hotel or travel discounts available to HR Tech Europe attendees?

All travel arrangements, including hotel and flight, are made by the attendee. Please click here for information and discounts on hotels and airfare.

Can I access any marketing assets?

Can I share my HR Tech Europe Conference pass with a co-worker?

HR Technology Europe passes are strictly for the individual who purchased it and should only be used by that person. Sharing of passes is not allowed.

What if I have special needs as an HR Tech Europe attendee?

For any dietary restrictions/special meal requests, please list your request(s) in the Special Needs section when registering. For all other needs, please email conferences@etcnetwork.com.
