1. Kick Off With a Shared Foundation

Begin with a pre-conference, expert-led forum that frames the key ideas, trade-offs and decisions tied to the cohort's focus, giving the group a common starting point for the event.

2. Engage Across the Event

Use suggested touchpoints to stay focused on the cohort's purpose as you move through sessions, activities and solutions across HR Tech to give you shared reference points for peer discussion.

3. Wrap Up With a Working Session

Re-join the group later in the event to synthesise what you've seen, pressure-test ideas and determine what feels actionable and relevant for your organisation.
