Policies, Terms & Conditions
How HR Tech Europe determines which rate/pass type you qualify for?
Show management regularly reviews registration lists and will reclassify registrations as needed to protect the investment of our exhibitors. If it is determined that your registration type should be re-classified, you will be charged the rate difference. You can choose from two pass categories: HR Leader or Non-Exhibiting Supplier.

Cancellations, substitutions & refunds
No refunds will be given for discounts not taken at time of registration. Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing by 3 February 2025 11:59 PM CET will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of €100 for a Premium Pass and Daily Pass. Cancellations received after deadlines will not be refunded. HR Tech Europe reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, HR Tech Europe’s liability is limited to the refund of the conference or expo registration fee only. HR Technology Europe reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
Special needs
Accommodations for persons with special needs is available. Please register at least 4 weeks prior to the conference and contact conferences@etcnetwork.com with your accommodation request.
Video & Photography
By attending HR Tech Europe, you consent to having your image captured by official show photographers and videographers. The resulting materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings may be used by HR Tech Europe, without restriction, in news materials, promotional materials, on the website and other properties. Attendees are permitted to use smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images at HR Tech Europe for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Registrants may take photos from their seats, as long as they are not standing in the media area, obstructing views or using flash after the session begins. Photographs may not be sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.
Live streaming & recording sessions
Although HR Tech Europe records, streams and photographs various sessions, the programming is presented primarily for the benefit of the attending audience. While we have a “no live streaming and recording” policy, we understand the desire to take photos and capture video on phones to share on social networks. However, to protect the rights of speakers, as well as the conference, please note you are NOT allowed to live stream and also agree to record no more than 45 continuous seconds of any single session.
