HR Professional: All Access – Premium Pass (Complimentary)
For HR professionals, HR tech analysts, and HR tech advisors who work within or closely support HR teams. You qualify for this registration type if you:
This also applies to CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, and others involved in the HR Tech buying chain and is involved in the digital transformation of HR for a company.
✔️ Recommend or make final purchasing decisions for HR technology.
✔️ Use HR technology in your HR role but do not make purchasing decisions.
✔️ Research, evaluate, and recommend HR technology solutions.
✔️ Conduct research or analysis specifically on HR technology and its market trends.
✔️ Advise organisations on selecting and implementing HR technologies.
General: All Access – Premium Pass (€415) or Expo Only (€260)
For professionals working in HR technology sales, marketing, consulting, or service-related industries. You qualify for this registration type if:
✔️ Your company provides general HR, benefits, or business consulting—does not focus on HR technology.
✔️ Your company develops, sells, or provides products related to HR technology.
✔️ Your firm provides content or marketing services for HR technology companies.
Investor: Premium Pass (€365) or Expo Only (€230)
This category is intended for professionals in investment roles actively funding or acquiring HR tech companies. You qualify for this registration type if:
✔️ You invest in HR technology companies as a venture capitalist, private equity investor, or angel investor.
✔️ You work for a firm that funds HR technology startups or scale-ups.

Registration Terms
Premium Passes (HR Professional, General, or Investor) grant access to all HR Tech Europe keynotes, conference sessions, and event activities on both event days (the entire event takes place on the show floor).
Expo Only Passes (General or Investor) provide access to the show floor, event activities, and keynotes. They do not include access to conference sessions (the entire event takes place on the show floor).

Cancellations & Refunds
All registrations are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, so if you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague within the same organisation at no cost. HR Tech Europe reserves the right to adjust the event program as needed. In the unlikely event of a full event cancellation, any paid registration fees will be refunded.
