I’m the Head of Talent at Sendcloud, where I lead our House of Talent. We’re not your standard HR department—we aim to be way cooler and, more importantly, way simpler. With my background in Work & Organizational Psychology, my focus is on making the employee experience easy to understand and deeply human. After navigating a massive hyper-growth phase during the pandemic, my mission now is all about stabilizing and ensuring our people are the true drivers of our business impact.
