Sören Frickenschmidt is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at BioNTech. His team is  making BioNTech visible as an attractive employer and recruiting rare science, medical and tech talent in Germany, China, the US, the UK, Rwanda, Australia and other places.

Prior to BioNTech, he worked in various HR and Global Business Services roles in the pharmaceutical industry and as a management consultant.
