Sören Frickenschmidt is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at BioNTech. His team is recruiting rare science, medical and tech talent in Germany, China, the US, UK, Rwanda, Australia, and other places. Previously, he worked in various HR and Global Business Services roles in the pharmaceutical industry and as a management consultant. BioNTech is developing novel therapies for cancer and other severe diseases. With the successful development of a COVID-19 vaccine it has gained high visibility and has gone through a period of rapid growth.
