Seasoned HR executive and board member with over 15 years of international experience spanning logistics, pharmaceuticals, private equity, retail, and staffing. As Chief People Officer and Executive Board Member at Samskip, I currently lead the global people strategy, reporting directly into the CEO and playing a key role in shaping the company’s direction and growth. I drive cultural transformation, leadership development, and performance alignment across all layers of the business. Currently, I am steering a major global IT-enabled change program, modernizing systems and processes, and supporting strategic expansion into new markets and regions worldwide. Before joining Samskip, I held senior HR leadership roles at Centrient Pharmaceuticals (Bain Capital / DSM), where I guided the organization through a private equity transformation, and at Stolt-Nielsen, where I led HR operations across EMEA. My earlier experience in high-growth retail (River Island, Primark) and staffing (Manpower) shaped my strong operational grounding and people-first, business-focused approach. I’m known for being strategic, accountable, and direct — but always people-minded and connected.
