At Novartis, Nazim currently leads a major business transformation in R&D, driving strategic people solutions and digital innovation to shape the future of research. His expertise spans multi-country leadership, talent acquisition, agile HR transformation, organizational design, and DEI. As an HR Scientist and lifelong learner, Nazim has completed executive programs at Wharton, INSEAD, and Harvard. He’s a frequent keynote speaker on HR tech, AI modeling, and future readiness, and serves as a visiting lecturer mentoring emerging leaders.
