Melissa is an HR transformation leader and with vast experience in driving complex, international, and cross-functional change projects, both as a consultant and in HR line roles. Melissa has led HR transformation projects within industries such as fast food, property development & construction, consumer goods, and transportation. These projects have contributed to new ways of working, increased digitalization, and organizational change. She is also an experienced keynote speaker. Melissa is responsible for the HR Transformation team in the largest Swedish Digital Consultancy firm Centigo, part of the Business Wellness Group.
