Before joining Philips as head of People Strategy, he experienced many roles across HR domains, lastly serving as Head of People Strategy at TomTom, helping shift HR from traditional service model to a product-led, customer-centric approach. With a background in economics, psychology, and marketing, Marco focuses on aligning people strategy with business priorities and building innovative, data-driven people practices that enable organizations to perform and evolve.
