Jodi is the VP of Mollie. Mollie is an Amsterdam based fintech, that serves more than 250,000 businesses across Europe, and offers an all-in-one solution that makes payments and money management effortless. For the last 18 months, Jodi has been leading the People team, where she has supported the growth of the business by 30% and opened new offices in Lisbon and Milan. She credits her 6 years at booking.com in the talent management space to shaping her talent centric approach to her work. This has influenced key initiatives at Mollie such as company wide talent reviews, business focused learning solutions, and transparency in career paths and all things rewards. Prior to Mollie, Jodi was at Aiven, a Helsinki based start up,where she worked closely with the founders to mature key HR processes. Jodi is a Canadian living in Amsterdam. She’s an avid reader and podcast listener and enjoys geeking out with others on the latest HR and tech trends.
