Jason Scheckner is a 15-year industry veteran building HR Technology solutions. He has a strong track record in bringing TA Tech and HCM vendor solutions to market, including HiredScore, WayUp, and BountyJobs. He is an expert in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, DEI&B, Artificial Intelligence for HR, and the broader HR Technology space. Jason currently serves as the Head of Strategic Customer Engagement for AI at Workday. He joined the company from HiredScore during its acquisition in 2024. Prior to this, he served in various roles at HiredScore, from Chief Revenue Officer to Chief Business Officer, and was their first business hire. He is also a founding member of Pavilion, a leading community-powered learning platform for revenue leaders, and an active advisor for other companies, such as A.Team (a startup focused on the future of work). Jason works in the NYC area and lives in Connecticut with his family.
