Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions at globally recognized companies, including Syncplicity, Nuance, EMC, ViewSonic, Gateway, and Siemens, consistently driving revenue growth and profitability. Since 2018, Mr. Jensen has served as CEO of WCC Group, a global leader in employment technology. Under his leadership, WCC has strengthened its focus on delivering innovative digital solutions for Public Employment Services (PES) and workforce agencies around the world. His strategic vision is grounded in a deep understanding of what modern employment services need to thrive in an era of rapid labor market transformation. Passionate about building inclusive, future-ready workforces, Mr. Jensen actively engages with governments and institutions worldwide to help shape digital strategies that support skills-based matching, inclusive upskilling, and labor market resilience. His insights are informed by global experience and a strong belief in the power of technology to unlock human potential. Mr. Jensen holds a Master of Science in Business Economics from the Aarhus School of Business Administration in Denmark.
