Since 2025 I am acting as a Principal Consult-ant offering my expertise to help companies transform their business and evolve their people practice as part of the Prisma Insights consultant network. • I spent 24 years in various roles in Human Re-sources teams at Software companies i.e. Microsoft, SAP and UiPath. • In my last role as SVP Talent at UiPath I owned responsibility for shaping and executing the company´s global talent strategy. This included Talent Acquisition, Talent & Leadership Growth, Talent Insights & Experience as well as HR Operations. • At SAP my positions included leading the Global SAP Talent Attraction team, leading the Global HR Business Partner team for the Products & Innovation business area, leading SAPs global restructuring program in 2019 and leading various post-merger integration and divesture projects. • Common across these roles is driving trans-formation for future readiness and creating great experiences for candidates and employees alike.
