Cian Collins is a seasoned HR Technology advisor with more than 20 years of experience spanning senior HR leadership, product management and operational roles. His career includes scaling fast-growth organisations, such as launching Twitter’s European HQ in Dublin in 2012, working as a product manager at Workday on Global HCM solutions and co-founding the HR Tech platform Frankli (getfrankli.com), and leading numerous global HRIS selection and implementation programmes. Through Nova HCM, Cian partners with medium (300–1,000) and large scaling organisations (1,000–25,000 employees) to design and deliver the right HR Tech stack for their business. He specialises in helping HR teams—many of whom struggle with the technical side of systems—gain credibility with the business by ensuring HRIS solutions (specialising in Darwinbox and HiBob where appropriate) are properly selected, configured and adopted. His focus is always on enabling HR to deliver the data and insights that matter most to leadership, while ensuring implementations are completed on time and on budget.
