Betty Gervasini is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and the Founder and CEO of HR Forte, a SaaS HR and payroll platform purpose-built for Asia compliance. With live payrolls running across Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines, HR Forte is the compliance engine behind some of the region's most complex multi-country payroll operations. Betty previously founded Finex, a Vietnam-based corporate consultancy acquired by Acclime Group in 2020. She is currently expanding HR Forte's compliance-first model into LATAM markets in 2026.
