With 15 years of HR experience, my background is in Rewards, Executive Compensation, and HR Transformation from scale up to multinational companies with an international focus, having lived and worked in Paris, Mexico City, Santiago and various locations across the US. For the past 5 years I have been working at Adevinta (including brands like Marktplaats, Leboncoin and Mobile.de). My initial focus was integrating the eBay second hand businesses, followed by developing a strategy for verticalization and harmonization. 2 years ago, a consortium led by Blackstone and Permira acquired Adevinta. This transition from a public to a private company involved a strategic shift towards localizing brands and gave me the opportunity to be appointed HR Director for central functions.
