Anna Carlsson is the founder of HR Digi and an independent Nordic HR Tech Strategist & Analyst. HR Digi is a vendor-neutral advisory practice working with HR organizations on digital strategy and also with technology providers in the Nordic market.

Her twenty years in HR began in mergers and acquisitions, focused on the HR side of integration. She has worked at the intersection of HR, technology and AI since 2012 and has run HR Digi since 2017. She publishes two annual reports, one for technology providers and one for HR leaders, convenes a network of enterprise HR technology leaders across the Nordics, and hosts The HR Digi Podcast and newsletter.
