Anna Aslanova is an individual and team coach, Learning & Development leader, and founder of Leadercoach. With more than 17 years of experience in Human Resources, organizational development, and leadership, she helps leaders and teams navigate complex transformation, strengthen collaboration, and translate strategic ambition into sustainable behavioural change.

What distinguishes Anna is her ability to work simultaneously at the individual, team, and organizational levels. She does not simply deliver leadership training or coach leaders in isolation; she builds the wider leadership systems, capabilities, and organizational conditions required for change to succeed. Her perspective combines senior in-house experience with the independence and systemic thinking of an external coach and consultant. This enables her to understand both the human dynamics of transformation and the operational realities of implementing change across complex organizations.

Anna has worked across Europe, Africa, and the Caucasus, designing and delivering leadership academies, coaching initiatives, mentoring programmes, and change interventions for international organizations in industries including financial services, automotive, logistics, and technology. Her experience ranges from supporting executives and leadership teams to developing leadership pipelines and internal coaching capability across organizations of approximately 8,000 employees.

Her work draws on systemic coaching, intercultural leadership, change management, and practical organizational development. She has supported hundreds of leaders in addressing challenges related to communication, conflict, team alignment, leadership transitions, and organizational transformation.

Anna is particularly interested in the human side of digital and AI-driven change. She helps organizations close the gap between technological ambition and human adoption by equipping leaders to create clarity, trust, ownership, and engagement. Through Leadercoach, she partners with organizations to ensure that transformation is not only strategically well designed, but also understood, embraced, and sustained by the people expected to make it happen.
