With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and organizational development, Anna has built a strong reputation for helping leaders and teams unlock their potential, enhance collaboration, and drive meaningful change. Her career began in international corporate environments, where she specialized in talent management, HR strategy, and leadership development. Over time, she discovered her passion for coaching and facilitation, which led her to establish her own practice. Through Leadercoach, Anna partners with medium and large-sized companies across diverse industries, designing and delivering programs that foster alignment, trust, and performance. Anna’s expertise lies in systemic coaching approaches, intercultural leadership, and change management. She has worked extensively with executives, managers, and startup teams, guiding them through complex challenges such as communication, conflict resolution, and digital transformation. She is also actively engaged in developing mentoring programs and leadership curriculums for international organizations.
