Andre Blom is an international talent management expert and thought leader focused on helping organizations unlock human potential. His career began with 18 years of service in the Royal Marines and later the Military Police in the Netherlands, where he also studied Educational Sciences and developed a strong interest in leadership and human development. After working in staffing with Randstad and Brunel and revitalizing an IT education company, Andre joined TMA in 2007. Since then, he has worked globally with organizations and partners to translate talent insights into practical strategies for performance and collaboration. Andre is the author of an upcoming book on Integral Talent Management, exploring how organizations can align individual talent, teamwork, and performance in a more human-centered way.
