He leads the Institute across original research, global delivery & education, and advisory engagements, translating cross-cultural studies on culture, leadership, and recognition into executive storytelling, thought leadership, keynotes, learning programs, and consultative guidance that supports measurable improvement in employee experience and performance. Alex’s background bridges in-house HR practice (total rewards, employee experience, leadership, and L&D) with rigorous research.
