Afrodita Kermichieva-Panovska is a Learning & Career Designer, Certified Executive Coach (ACC – ICF), systemic Career Coach, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner and Co-creator, and Lecturer at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany, bringing over 25 years of experience in developing people and enabling organisational growth.
