This hands-on AI Lab takes participants from passive AI users to active builders. Instead of watching demos, attendees will create actual working HR tools during the session using AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT. We'll build practical outputs together: a skills assessment framework, a feedback analysis dashboard, or a policy document generator. Participants will leave with something they built themselves and can immediately adapt for their organization. Laptops required!
